Specialist mowing where conventional equipment can't reach

Safer. Faster. Smarter.

Access Pro Mowing operates remote-controlled mowing platforms for terrain conventional equipment cannot safely or efficiently service. The same class of equipment Australian road authorities use, now available wherever the terrain demands it.

What we do

Specialist capability, without the specialist contract

Some ground defeats ordinary mowing. Slopes too steep to put a ride-on on. Verges beside live traffic. Embankments, batters, and the fall around a dam or a drain. Until recently the equipment built for that work sat almost entirely with road authorities and their contractors, which put it out of reach for everyone else.

We operate that class of equipment as a service. The platform is controlled remotely, so the operator stays clear of the slope, the traffic and the unstable ground while the machine does the work. What changes is not the finish. It is who has to stand on the slope to get it.

The platform

Built for the ground everything else refuses

Our platform is a purpose-built remote-controlled mower for slopes, verges and confined or hazardous ground. It is floated to site with the crew and operated by a person standing clear of the work, machine in sight throughout. It is not a robotic mower left to run unattended, and it is not a ride-on with an attachment. It is specialist plant, operated by a person, on ground a person should not be standing on.

What it replaces

A crew with brushcutters working across a face

One operator on level ground, with nobody on the slope at any point

A closed lane, a night shift, or traffic management for a routine cut

Cut alongside live traffic with the site open and the crew clear of it

Ground left to grow because there was no safe way to reach it

Maintained on a schedule like any other part of the site

Wheels or tracks, depending on the ground. The same platform runs turf wheels for finished surfaces and rubber tracks for steep, soft or loose ground, so the machine is matched to the site rather than the site tolerating the machine.

Terrain we service

Every site has a piece nobody can cut

The platform earns its place where conventional mowing is dangerous, slow, expensive or simply not possible. If a site has been left to grow because there was no safe way to cut it, that is the conversation to have with us.

Steep slopes and embankments

Faces too steep to hold a ride-on, cut with nobody on the slope.

Batters and retained ground

The fall behind retaining walls and along built edges.

Road verges and median strips

Cut to spec alongside live traffic, no crew beside it.

Sound walls and infrastructure

Confined strips where hand cutting is slow and awkward.

Dams, drains and waterways

Steep, uneven and often wet ground around water infrastructure.

Fire-zone perimeters

Fuel reduction where manual clearing carries real risk.

Carparks and retail edges

Public-facing perimeters, low noise and no exhaust.

Acreage and rural blocks

Large or difficult areas where a conventional pass is impractical.

If you are not certain the ground suits the platform, that is exactly what the site assessment is for. We will tell you honestly if it does not.

Sectors we serve

One platform, five kinds of site

01

Commercial and retail

Large-format retailers, shopping centres, fast food chains, restaurants and their carparks, forecourts and perimeters. These are public-facing sites and the machine works in full view of customers. It is quiet, produces no exhaust, and is genuinely interesting to watch, which turns a grounds-maintenance line item into something a venue is happy to be seen doing.

02

Industrial, developers and body corporate

Warehouse surrounds, estate frontages, and the shared grounds of apartment and townhouse developments. Owners corporations in particular carry ground nobody has a good answer for.

03

Schools and institutional grounds

Oval surrounds, fence lines and the steep embankments at the edge of most campuses. Quiet enough to run without disrupting classes.

04

Rural, acreage and fire risk

Farm properties, fire-zone perimeters, and the steep ground around dams and drains. We do not service standard suburban lawns.

05

Government and civil

Councils, road authorities and civil contractors. Verges, embankments, bridge approaches and median strips, cut to spec without closing lanes.

The same class of equipment that maintains state road infrastructure, on your site.

How we work

A four-stage process, built for accountability

01

Site assessment

We walk the site with you, identify hazards and access routes, and confirm the terrain genuinely suits remote-controlled operation. Written scope and pricing follows within 48 hours, at no cost and no obligation.

02

Remote operation

The crew arrives with the platform and the operator works from safe, level ground clear of the cutting zone. Low noise and zero emissions mean most commercial sites stay open while we work. Where a site needs traffic management, we coordinate it as part of the scope.

03

Reporting and handover

Before-and-after documentation and hours on site. Procurement-grade paperwork where your process needs it, a simple summary where it does not.

04

Ongoing programme

Recurring sites move onto a schedule, quarterly, monthly or seasonal as the site dictates. One contact, one platform, one accountable operator.

Safety and compliance

The operator is never on the slope

The safety case for remote operation is simple. The work that puts a person at risk is standing on a steep face, beside live traffic, or on unstable ground while operating machinery. Remote operation removes the person from that ground entirely. The operator works from a safe, level position with the machine in sight, and the platform takes the terrain.

What that prevents

No operator on a slope that could give way or roll a machine

No crew working beside moving traffic on a verge or median

Nobody standing on wet, uneven ground around dams and drains

No hand cutting in fire-risk scrub or around hidden obstacles

Book a demonstration

Easier to understand in half an hour on your site than in eight pages

We will bring the platform to your site and run it for 30 to 45 minutes, at no cost.

What happens

We cut a section of the ground you are actually worried about, so you see how the machine handles that terrain rather than a demonstration area chosen to flatter it. You see the pass quality, the noise, the speed and the finish. If it suits the site, you have written scope and pricing within 48 hours.

Why we offer it

Remote-controlled mowing is unfamiliar equipment, and no amount of specification answers the only question that matters, which is whether it will work on your ground. So we would rather show you than describe it. If it does not suit the site, we will tell you so.
